Shed Cove stands behind the quality of every storage shed, garden essential, and outdoor product we sell. This page explains how manufacturer warranties work and how to file a claim.

1. Manufacturer Warranties

Most products we sell include a warranty provided directly by the manufacturer (brands like Lifetime, Keter, Arrow, DuraMax, Suncast, and others), covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Warranty length and specific terms vary by brand and product.

2. Where to Find Your Warranty Terms

Warranty details (duration and coverage) are listed on the individual product page and included in your order confirmation. If you can’t find them, contact us with your order number and we’ll look them up for you.

3. What’s Typically Covered

4. What’s Typically Not Covered

5. Proper Assembly & Anchoring Matter

Most warranty claims are denied due to improper assembly or missing anchoring — always follow the manufacturer’s installation instructions and anchor structures as recommended for your region’s wind zone.

6. How to File a Warranty Claim

  1. Contact our support team with your order number
  2. Include clear photos of the issue and a brief description of what happened
  3. We’ll confirm coverage and guide you through the manufacturer’s claim process
  4. Depending on the brand, resolution may be a replacement part, full unit replacement, or repair guidance

7. Claim Processing Time

Most warranty claims are reviewed within 3–5 business days. Manufacturer-side processing (parts shipment, replacement approval) may take longer depending on the brand.

8. Extended Protection

Some products may offer optional extended warranty or protection plans at checkout — these will be clearly noted on the product page when available.
